MONSTER ... Exhaust
February 28, 2007

The Banks Monster Exhaust was released for the 99-02 Silverado & GMC Sierra (4.3L, 4.8L, 5.3L). This is a big, throaty exhaust that is tough, but never overpowering. Plus, it's a Monster!

Not only is this exhaust sound big, it is big. It has a 6" x 5" round, rolled-edge tip that is welded on. The Banks Monster improves the stock flow by more than 141%. This will give your truck more power with less work, which is what we all want. It is a bolt-on installation and is compatible with GM's factory warranty.

For more info, call Banks at (800) 601-8072 or visit their website at www.bankspower.com

Socal says: We love exhausts that blow you out of the water and the Monster is no exception. It's great that they came out with it for some "smaller" engine Chevy Silverados. Just because you don't have a big engine doesn't mean you don't deserve a beefy exhaust. You asked, and Banks listened.

Everyone knows Pro-Comp has been around forever and has started building some really solid lifts in the last few years. That's right, 37's!

The lift has laser cut brackets and a drop pitman arm. Stage II systems include replacement radius arms for added performance. Socal says: The F250 and F350 look great lifted, even if it is just 6 inches. The fact that you can fit 37" tires with this lift really enhances how big your truck looks. If you just bought a new 2008 Superduty for work or maybe just for everyday driving, don't wait for everyone else to send out product. Go out and get this lift. FAST Dyno Measures Air
February 7, 2007

Do you want the full story on the state of air in your engine? Most air/fuel sensors only measure one exhaust outlet, but the FAST Dyno Air/Fuel meter measures both outlets so you know exactly what is happening in your engine.

With this tuner, you can actually read both exhaust sensors individually or you can average them together for the most accurate reading possible. If you are on a budget, you can buy the single sensor and then upgrade later to this two-way sensor.

The FAST Dyno Air/Fuel meter has an easy, built-in data logger that plays back the information for your tests in real-time. If you want to connect it to your laptop or test computer, you can do that as well. For more info, call FAST at (877)334-8355 or visit their website at www.fuelairspark.com

Socal says: If you have ever had your truck "dyno-ed," it can be a pretty frustrating experience. If the equipment isn't right or certain conditions are off, the air/fuel meter can be compromised. By testing both exhaust outlets, we imagine that this thing could save time and potentially a ton of wrong information. It may cost more, but better information is always worth the money when it comes to your truck.

8 Inches Of Light
February 2, 2007

When you want big light implants for your truck, where do you go? The first name you should think of when you need big and bright is KC HiLites. These guys combine light weight with high quality and a TON of light.

Imagine if you lined up 375,000 candles on the hood of your truck and that is what these lights are capable of. The HID lights put out almost double the candle power for long range vision. The great part is that you only need two lights to achieve maximum night vision. Your truck won't be riddled with hideous lights coming out of every area of the truck.

"The new Rally 800 lights (like all KC products) are covered by our famous 23 year warranty," said Ashley Stockton from Fall Advertising. "If you want more info, check out KCHiLites.com." With a slim profile, oversize light mounts, and a stainless steel 8" diameter, these lights will let everyone know that you are serious about your truck.

Socal says: We have to admit it, there are a lot of bad lights out there. Too small, too flimsy, too dull, or just straight ugly. But the KC Rally 800 lights are just the opposite. They look great and get the job done. Now the question is: does KC have a light cover that lasts forever but doesn't look like a Lacrosse mask? How about a light cover with a Charger emblem or my initials in Old English? That would be a match made in heaven.
